People pursue to become successful and often forget to nurture their character. Albert Einstein urges us to become a man of value. In other words, an individual who prioritizes honesty, diligence, equality, or empathy towards others. That way, you nurture your character and influence the people around you. If you pursue to become the most successful man on this planet, be it becoming the world's richest man, you might be standing alone on the top with no one to care for you.
Aiming to succeed is almost a selfish goal as you're striving to be a success for yourself. If you are striving to be of value, you are striving to help others.
