Jose Mourinho has been fired from Manchester United after the club's worst start to the Premier League season. The club was positioned in sixth place after the terrorizing 3-1 loss against Liverpool F.C.
The Portuguese coach had been in charge for two and a half years, giving Manchester United the Europa League title and the League Cup title. Nonetheless, the club's achievement of 26 points after 17 games is the worst result since the 1990-91 season.
Statistically, Manchester United has only won one match in its previous 6 games. They drew against the second-tier teams Southampton and Crystal Palace.
Throughout his time at United, several public rumors gradually emerged about the relationship with the players. Paul Pogba, the French superstar, had various collisions with Mourinho during training sessions.
It is very true that Mourinho's sacking means his record of never finishing four seasons continues. During his coaching career, he has only made it to the fourth campaign once.
As a Chelsea fan, it was great to see our rivalry team fall and struggle. However, Jose Mouriho has done extremely well in the past with Porto FC, Chelsea FC, Inter Milan, and Real Madrid. In my opinion, I firmly believe that Jose Mourinho shouldn't be criticized this much for one slop in Manchester United. After all, he is a human being and can make mistakes.
